The angle of mixing cylinder are designed according to materials characteristics ranges from 180º-300º and the largest loading is 70%. Different sealing method are in option. As for ultrafine powder, pneumatic + packing seal are used as it improves sealing service time and effects to large extent. On the other hand, in terms of materials with good fluidity, mechanical seal is the optimized choice which can meet the requirement of different operation condition.

Lining of cylinder can be polyurethane or spraying wear-resistant material. In terms of valves, plum blossom valve, butterfly valve, flap valve, ball valve and etc. are in option.
