Working principle:
Double ribbon mixer drive the material from two ends to centre through the help of the outer ribbon, while the inner ribbon push the material from centre to two ends, thus, material achieve a high mixing effect at short time.
The machine can be widely used in industry,of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizers, dyes, metallurgy, mining, food, MSG, feed for solid - solid (powder and powder) mixed solid - liquid (ie, powder body add liquid ) mixed.
Adaptability to the mixture: heat-sensitive materials will not overheat; hierarchical segregation phenomenon of the particulate material will not be crushing and grinding; the mixing does not occur between the proportion of different grain size materials; on the coarse-grained,a mixture of powder and a variety of fine and ultrafine particles, fibers or sheet material and has a good adaptability.
